Review: My husband was having horrible Tooth pain. I called to see if they could help. And they were extremely helpful and kind on the phone. They told me to come in as soon as we could. When we got there, we discovered that my husband's insurance was not taken there. But still they were willing to work with us. That is the only dentist's office that was willing to work with us or see him without a few weeks wait. A few weeks before today we went to a different dentist office which was a waste of our time. Yes, they accepted my husband's insurance. But instead, they wanted to send him across the lake to a place where we would have to pay out a pocket just because they didn't want to deal with his teeth. The Doctor's excuse at the other Office Was it would be too difficult of an extraction, but yet the Doctor at this dentist's office was able to do it with no problem. The Doctor was amazing and the rest of the staff was amazing. And to be very honest even though we have to pay out of pocket at this Dentist's office, I will not hesitate to do so. We had that great of an experience. He was that great of a dentist.

Review: I went to aspen looking to establish care since i havent been to the dentist in a long while. Everyone was so nice and attentive from the front desk to the assistants in the back, even doctor Norton he is so personable and really cares about his patients even if they are new. I have dental anxiety and everyone made me feel at ease. There was a little wait but it's no big deal when you're in a place with people like them. I was checked on periodically while I waited for the doctor and even offered a bottle of water. I left pleased with my visit and even got to start my motto to straighten my teeth. I was also able to get on the schedule in the same week for my cleaning. I am very happy with aspen in covington and excited to start my dental journey with them. I highly recommend this office! You won't be disappointed!

Review: Thursday 5/23 was my first time going to Aspen Dental and I admit it the first dental appointment where I left feeling pleasantly surprised with a positive experience. Every staff member was kind, courteous and so knowledgeable they even took the time to explain each step of the processes in detail. Even going beyond to explain the function of each tool used during each step. That is a reflection of my generation and the Boomers before me; the care and pride in the career path being pursued! As a manager for a large corporation this is a quality that I have not seen in employees anywhere across the United States in quite some time.Thank you Aspen for the pleasant visit and I am ACTUALLY looking forward to my next appointment!P.S. This positive experience is a direct reflection of corporate values that are integrated from top to bottom to create a positive work environment. You could not have pleasant representatives otherwise!Follow up appointment was Saturday 8/24 and still just as pleasant of a visit! Thank you Aspen!

Review: I have only been in for a consultation for a treatment plan and haven’t had the treatment plan performed. The staff though is very friendly. The Dentist took he time and showed me my X-rays. Explained why my new bridge from a different dentist failed and fell out. Took the time to fully explain what was going to be done from step one to the end. My old dentist never had done that before so it was nice knowing exactly what was the plan and why he was having to do the things required. . I have a somewhat complicated case. I feel more confident more informed about what will be done. Unlike with my past dentist. Who always was rushing through everything. Their price point is far more affordable than my old dental office. I was shocked at the price difference. (That is a good thing!
