Review: Very professional, direct and to the point. I was involved with my care at each step. My assessment wasn’t the easiest because it was at times painful (unavoidable). The staff worked efficiently and effectively to complete the tasks. They were wonderful. I have no complaints and would recommend these folks without hesitation. The billing process was great as well (good insurance helps alot). Can’t wait to continue the process-best dental experience ever!

Review: From the time I walked in to the time I left, i felt completely taken care of.Everybody in this office was an absolute delight. Everyone made sure i knew exactly what was going on and how to fix whatever issues was going on inside my mouth.I have had some horrible experiences from other dental offices (not aspen dental) and came in with a lot of anxiety. My anxiety melted away very quickly because the entire staff was so sweet and welcoming. Dr Lafont was the best! They were very informative and explained things to me in a way i could comprehend.I honestly look forward to my follow up checkups. 10/10

Review: I had a first visit bad experience with Aspen but I continued to visit them & gave the benefit of doubt. My following visits after the first were amazing! Basically ALL of their staff is professional!!! Their Dentist Doctors are all professional and amazing at what they do. Their dentist assistants are all also amazing!!! The issue I had with them on my first visit was with the “billing” department which was one person who did not want to help much. After a few visits with Aspen I’m still not fond of the billing department staff (still the same amount of people in that department since day 1).I can’t let one person ruin my Aspen visits and their review! Aspen Dental solved my oral problems quickly each and every time!Thank You Aspen Dental of Kenner!!!!Billing Department has gotten better a well.I guess it depends on the type of day they’re having! Still 5⭐️ Overall

Review: This was by far the worst service I have ever had the Dr Lafont was rude. He asked me a question about my service and before I could form a thought to tell him he said"talk to me use your words I can not read your mind" RUDE!!! Then I was told they could not fix dentures today to come back at 9:30 next day when I went back they said they will not be ready until 4pm when I questioned this same Dr said " Do you think you are special and should go ahead of everyone" RUDE!!! I will say that the office personnel were very nice and helpful.
