Review: I have had a very unpleasant time with you New Iberia, LA office. The last visit they could't get the new dentures right. I left with poorly fitted dentures. They hurt like hell and you can see by looking at me that they are not right. I was basically told that they did all they could do. I was being told I had to correct my mouth clenching and that is why they didn't close or look right. The one lady was pretty rude about it. Look, I'm 65 years old I'm afraid that ain't going to work. I was told I had to change my bite to be like the model they showed me. They don't close right because they are not built right. Facing me, the right side has a huge gap. And I tried, but I can't eat at all when both are in. Also, they made them over night. There is no back biting because the teeth are filled in. I'm VERY UNHAPPY and feeled they did not give me what was to be a good pair of teeth. I was going to call they Lafayette location to see what they could do. At this point I want a refund. Your commercial is a bold fast lie. I was presented with a $8000 bill. I thought that was liget, but now I'm finding out that it could have been a lot cheaper through someone else. They ate up my insurance, and I had to fiance $3000 more. In checking the other complaints, the response, Michelle, I believe, gave the exact same response for almost every same bad reviews answer. Read the reviews. I think maybe a lawsuit may be needed. Anyone else interested that who had the almost same problem?This us the response most patients received for a one star review. I checked it. Review: Nickie, the dental assistant, was amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process and advocated for me every step of the way. Her care and support made all the difference. You can tell Nickie truly loves what she does, and it shows in how she cares for her patients. People love her for it, and it's easy to see why!❤️❤️❤️Dr. Bailey was absolutely amazing when putting in my crowns. His attention to detail and patience while adjusting my bite really made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. He took the time to ensure everything was perfect, and I truly trust him. His expertise and genuine care made all the difference!

Review: I was pretty nervous going in but the team who worked with me were super nice and really put me at ease. I don't have insurance and only paid $29 for my first visit. They took a complete set of x-rays, digitally imaged my mouth with another tool, was evaluated by the dental hygienist as well as the dentist. They worked together to make a treatment plan, took impressions for dentures and were able to tell me exactly what the costs will be to fix my mouth. Overall I think they're good people and I'd recommend them.

Review: Everyone was Professional and courteous. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Matherne and his Assistant were very Nice and informative. Very good bedside manners. He was thorough and did a great job- great work on my Rooth canal. I would highly recommend and will recommend Aspen clinic and Dr. Matherne to our Clinic/Nursing staff. Pleasant visit even though I was nervous they really made me feel comfortable.

Review: The experience was great, staff was very friendly, treatment area was very tidy and clean. Dr. Bailey was awesome - he is very kind, made sure I understood the needed treatment and explained the xray images. The added bonus was the pricing - it is extremely competitive, utilized my insurance coverage to the greater good, and the clinic is a one stop shop for extensive work, unlike others in the area.
