Review: There are not enough words to express how amazing EVERYONE is at this place. Dr. May is AMAZING, as well as the entire staff. From the front desk, Taylor, to Rosa who handles the finance. And not to mention Brooke, Dr. May's Dental Assistant. I have searched years for a dentist that I could be comfortable with and I have finally found them. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Review: After I had a bad experience with Pearl Dental Group I contacted Baton Rouge Modern Dentistry and Spoke to Taylor. She was very empathetic and got me into the office the same day. She is very Knowledgeable when it came to my dental insurance policy. The entire staff is so friendly and down to earth. Dr Gregg did an amazing job on my implant. I haven't smiled in years. Now I can't stop smiling. The techniquesthat the Dental Assistants Brooke and Cassie used on me made the process of my implant procedure very tolerable with no pain or down time.I am extremely satisfied with the Professional and Affordable Service I received.I would definitely recommend Baton Rouge Modern Dentistry to everyone I know.

Review: Since I’ve been coming to this office and seeing Dr. May, everything has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and professional. You’re treated like a real person, not a number. I had a problem with a bridge that was put in my mouth and I had a few problems because of it. Dr. May and his team have been diligently working to help rectify the issue. I just don’t think I’d receive this same courtesy and service at some other office.

Review: I had to put a star to write a review! This place is the WORSE excuse of a dental practice there is! Called several weeks in advance to get a college student seen for wisdom teeth removal- making sure I had the referral and insurance information. Son shows up from Monroe for an 8:00 am and NO Dr! How do you have NO DR when you were scheduled for a consult and treatment plan only!! They still had not coordinated benefits DAY of Appointment- I hung up and called ASPEN - seen same time and verified insurance left with treatment plan and getting teeth removed tomorrow! This place is a CIRCUS not a dentist office!!Save yourself the time go somewhere else!!

Review: Very de bad experience with the service at this clinic. I called to ask an important question regarding my health and to schedule an appointment. They told me they would call me back later and they never did.I didn’t understand why we couldn’t do it at that moment, but it’s fine, I trusted his words.It’s incomprehensible that they treat people with dental problems this way, especially when they should understand how important dental issues are for their patients.
