Review: 5 star for Dr. Vaughn and Rene Higginbotham. Cleanings weren’t very painful anymore and they are nice to speak with. In regards to the staff, I spoke to one sometime around March/April. I don’t remember her name but if they record their calls, they should be able to see who I spoke with. I was trying to reschedule my appointment for a day I was actually available but was told something along the lines of “Why don’t we just call you if we have any openings those days.” It did not seem like she wanted to actually check if those days were available and I had more dates I could ask but she seemed she wanted to not talk anymore given how fast her response was. I work in customer service, I would see this line being given out to people who have rescheduled too often by my coworkers who don’t want to deal with a customer. I did reschedule twice already and this would be my 3rd attempt. The 1st time was when it was scheduled 6 months ahead, I made it known that my schedule changes often and I don’t get it until the last week or starting week of the month. I was not going to request off for something I could put on a day off. The 2nd time I had dates but none of them were available so I had to tentatively schedule again with a high likelihood of rescheduling as I did not have my work schedule for that month yet. There are 2 other staff members that work here I believe and they are fine to my knowledge. The interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t care for receiving an apology or anything like that. This is purely my experience here and I don’t know if I want to deal with it again since it’s likely to happen again given my work schedule.
