Flourish Hormone Replacement & Wellness Centers began in October 2017 in Denham Springs, Louisiana under the name Saleh Health Spa. At Flourish we practice functional medicine with a focus on bio-identical hormone replacement pellets, oral thyroid prescriptions, and vitamin supplementation. With our Quanta Chrome Lase Station we offer laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser facials and more. Our practice believes in prevention as well as healing the root cause of illness rather than masking conditions.
