Review: First I would like to start off by saying I have been using this company for like 5 years. Every single time I have gone through the same issue. I previously went to Mandeville office, then I switched to Baton Rouge. I have only gone to the Baton Rouge office one time, I will never go back.Everytime I go in for a routine cleaning I am asked if I want the fluoride treatment. Each time I specifically let the person know I DO NOT want it if it is not covered on my insurance. Each time they tell me it is, I make them double check EVERY SINGLE TIME because for whatever reason I get a call like a month later saying I owe a balance. Whoever calls me usually tells me that THEY misread something on my insurance and then they go back and forth telling me it is covered. So I am always very confused.The office usually fixes it and tells me that IT IS COVERED.When I get my cleanings, as I have said before, I still ask them to be sure BEFORE the service because I AM NOT paying for it.Fast forward to the first and last time I busted Baton Rouge office. I was asked if I wanted Fluoride treatment, which I asked again if it was covered in my insurance.I explained to them that I have gone through this previously and I DO NOT WANT IT if it is not covered.They assured me IT IS COVERED.I even said AGAIN before it was put in my mouth, I DO NOT WANT IT IF IT IS NOT COVRER, they yet again made sure to assure me it was covered.Cool.Now I’ve been getting statements in the mail saying I owe a balance for the treatment I specifically said I DID NOT WANT if it was not listed as covered on my plan.Naturally I call the office and explain this, I am told that she will go talk to someone and call me back.No one called me back. I got an email saying I owe a balance so I called again, it was a repeat of the previous call. I assumed because NO ONE has reached back out to me that the issue is taken care of.It was not, I still keep getting statements. At this point I have called this same Baton Rouge office like 3-4 times and spoken to someone who keeps going back and forth acting confused like they don’t understand how to read what is on my plan. They tell me it is covered then they say it isn’t covered then they say it is covered. So meanwhile I STILL HAVE LITERALLY NO IDEA WHAT IS WVEN COVERED AT THIS POINT. They keep saying they are going to take care of it and get back with me, but they never do.Fast forward to today, I called two times. Once at 8:12AM, which was forwarded to voicemail.I decided to give it some time and try again at 9:35Am, this time they answered then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. No one said anything I heard them pick the phone up move around then HANG UP.At this point I am good and irritated because I keep getting a bill for something that is 100% NOT my responsibility. I WILL NOT be paying his considering I specifically told this office BEFORE the service was done the issue and not to do it if I was going to have to deal with this.Since no one has contacted me or removed this balance from my name I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I will not be going back and forth dealing with this unprofessional office staff.

Review: Very professional and explaining everything and step to my treatment. I recommend to ALL military personnel and family as they communicate very well. Very punctual to clients time needs and fun exchange of small talk. After leaving a practice that did not communicate tardiness.I'm hiring this team Permanently as MY dentist Team. Go team Luke and company.
