Review: This office is highly incompetent and they don’t take care of their patients. The last two visits I had were beyond disappointing. A few weeks back, I left still in pain. Now today, I came here to have my braces removed. After being left in the waiting room for an excessive amount of time because of the $20 balance, I end up leaving without the bridge work I was supposed to have done. I was almost in tears. They didn’t have the extra service work in the system despite me even speaking to someone last week to confirm. I’ll never step foot in this place for services ever again. They are careless.

Review: Been going here for years. I love how they can always fit me in if there is a need. Love the Saturday flexibility as well. Dr. P Nguyen is one of the best I've seen. His mannerisms are top notch and he makes you feel super comfortable.

Review: Left today pretty agitated and still in pain. I met with my orthodontist then met with a dentist just to receive no solution for the current pain. I waited for the longest to talk to the orthodontist again just to be advised to leave and come back in two hours for what would have been a five to ten minute conversation.

Review: LA Dental of Covington had been my dentist since 2020. Went there in January, 2024 to have a crown put on after a molar broke for $809.00. The fit or shape of the crown was not correct and my bite is dramatically off in addition to now having sensitivity to hot and cold in that tooth. Went back 3 times (two of the three visits included having a cavity filled and a cleaning) after original visit to get it remedied, to no avail. Remedy was filing down the crown and another tooth, to be told it wasn't the crown. Was also told that the sensitivity was due to the cavity filling they did, and that it should go away. Was told I was thinking about it a lot because I just had work done and would have to get used to it. Each time I was there it seemed like there was a lot of pressure in the back office to hurry through the services, as in very rushed and a bit impatient. Went to a new dentist who confirmed my bite is seriously off and the sensitivity is due to my teeth knocking against each other due to incorrect bite. The new dentist said I should really have the crown redone. He did some more filing, but couldn't do too much due to not knowing how thick the crown was. Awful!
