Review: Most of the staff was very unfriendly. They only care about money and treat people on medicaid poorly. I get a regular cleaning paid by my insurance and was told No, it's a waste of time to do a regular cleaning because I need a deep clean that would cost thousands of dollars. So cleaning the plaque off my teeth is a waste of time? I would NOT recommend this dental office.

Review: I can’t speak for everyone, but the times I’ve gone here, I had a good experience. For my last appointment, I had the hygienist, Ms. Ziadi. I can tell she really enjoys her career, is very knowledgeable, and cares for her patients. The better part of it that she isn’t the only one! All of the staff I encountered are kind and professional. I would definitely recommend getting an appointment here.

Review: This is the worst location. Customer service and understanding patient needs are not practiced at this location. If you do not have health insurance where they can fraudulent bill your insurance company, they will treat you like second class citizen. I called to schedule an appointment, spoke and confirmed with 3 people one being the "mgr." Who I explicitly stated I am paying out of pocket I need the total upfront....they quote me one cost...get there and then got a different price. There is no transparency in pricing. Check other locations or a different dental office all together if you are paying out of pocket. Just to note: At this location, the insurance companies are the customers not YOU the patient....sadly.

Review: Bad experience ever had. They just worry about money. Have no patience. Dr hit the nerve when numbing the gums. Gave price for dental work and gave higher price for 2nd visit. Will never go back

Review: My entire family was travelling across several states over a course of a week and my son's braces had his molar's bracket come off suddenly which ended up causing the wire to poke and scrape the inside of his mouth. Not knowing immediately what to do, we happened upon this place because it was five minutes from our hotel. Even though it was a walk in, not expecting exactly what they could do, they took him in and fixed it within 30 minutes so that we could continue our travel plans that morning. We are so grateful for this place and the nicest people that work here. Thank you all so much and have a blessed holiday season.
