Review: Not happy at all with appointment today to have cavities taken care of. Doctor was servicing two patients at the same time. He had originally told me it would take an hour. I was there one and a half hours. I am elderly and cannot be down that long with my bad back. I was constantly waiting on him to take care of the other patient. He was flopping back and forth between us. Also the dental assistant seemed not to know what the doctor expected her to do. She was very uninterested in her tasks and showed no interest in servicing the patient. This is no way to run a business. This is not a place for the elderly. And my question is still how could I have developed 4 cavities in 6 months when there were none before per full mouth X-rays done 6 months ago. I have not had cavities in years. ????????

Review: The staff at this location is AMAZING! Dr. Moncada has done both my gun graft and wisdom teeth extraction and is the most gentle soul. He listens and empathizes with his patients and works to quickly and efficiently perform his procedures.Heidi is my regular hygienist and she is so friendly and supportive. Recently, I had a cavity rapidly grow and I reached out to her for advice. She worked to quickly get me in to see why I was in pain. She held my hand during my IV insertion for my wisdom teeth extraction and comforted me prior to an emergency tooth extraction due to a massive cavity.Dr. Nguyen, Melissa, and his team are also incredible. They stayed after hours to perform an emergency extraction. I was suffering with horrendous pain and they worked to swiftly get me taken care of. Their efforts honestly saved my sanity.I cannot recommend this place enough.

Review: I was nervous trying a new dentist after years but I couldn’t be happier. This practice made me feel at home immediately. They were quick and very professional and still friendly…the perfect mix. They were very adept at maneuvering around insurance to get me the best service at the lowest prices. Suffice it to say they are big practice for a small town.

Review: I've been here before and I trust that these people know that they're doing. I'll definitely continue coming here in the future. They always do a great job here and are very friendly. They really do go above and beyond. I want to especially thank my dentist Kristin for her professional work as always. I know they have to put up with a lot daily but they're always so very patient every day which I really respect. There are a lot of people these days that get easily offended when their doctor tells them the cause of their problems it's honestly sad. Drinking soda every day does ruin your teeth. Who knew. Disregard those people, this place is honestly great.
