Review: I believe the dental hospital carefully selects its dentists, assistants, and nearly all other staff members. Their proficiency in their work, coupled with their friendly and cheerful demeanor towards patients, quickly alleviates any fear and stress related to pain during and after procedures. As someone new to America, I struggled with the technical terminology in English , but they kindly used my phone to help translate, showing great courtesy. I wish I could list everyone's names here. I have visited twice so far and have another appointment scheduled. I am grateful for all the staff and thank them for their exceptional service!

Review: I had the best yearly checkup this week. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and checked in by the front desk. Dental assistant Elizabeth was cheerful funny and welcoming. I then was introduced to Jonathan Nguyen who is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. The cherry on top was seeing Arrione from my last appointment. Her attention to detail and leadership in making sure she could tag team with Jonathan was lovely. It was also great to be greeted by the office manager on my way out. Looking forward to seeing this awesome team again.

Review: I went here to get checked out because I had a tooth crack while I was waiting for my appointment here later in the month. Waited half an hour, which isn't that much with doctors appointments. But then they spent the next hour and a half taking X-rays over and over. They needed about 9 of them, however either their machine is broke, or their techs are incompetent. My mouth is still sore hours later from them telling me to bite down on the plastic X-ray things because of how many times they had to retake these X-rays. When I let them know they were causing pain, they didn't really care. They never took accountability for the 90 minutes of X-ray retakes. They did nothing to attempt to lessen or mitigate the pain. I began to fear what it was going to be like when the procedure was actually underway. It was here that I decided to cancel the appointment. I stopped by the desk on my way out for a copy of these long-fraught X-rays and they still haven't arrived in my inbox. I suspected as much, so I called my insurance on the way home so they could get a copy for me. Beware
