Review: I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and as I approached the receptionist desk, I noticed the gloomy faces of the staff. After stating my name and appointment time to the receptionist, she bluntly stated, "It hasn't been 6 months yet." She added, while staring at the computer, "I see you visited another facility in May 2024. I told her "It's because your office told me that my insurance plan was no longer accepted here." I informed her that I received 3 text messages asking me to confirm today's appointment. She said, "Those messages are auto-generated messages." At this point, I was frustrated, so she stated, "We can see you today but you have to pay out of pocket." I replied, "Never mind, I'll try a different facility." I added, "So, your company thinks it's okay to make a patient drive 14 miles one way and make a blank trip? Her nonchalant response: "Sorry." I replied, "This is bad business." This was a horrible experience today and was insanely horrifying. This dental facility lacks empathy for the patients and simply couldn't care less if they lose clientele. Unbelievable!!!

Review: I was very pleased and satisfied with Dr. Khalid and Shardae services. Dr. Khalid was knowledgeable and left me with no pain or concern. Shardae bedside manner was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend these two to colleagues, family and friends.

Review: Receptionist was rude, and my appointment was for 11:00, but they have been making me wait now for 15 minutes. If you’re looking for good customer service, this isn’t the place. Secondly, her tone was harsh. Didn’t even apologize, or look at me.

Review: I honestly don’t like the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. The dentist and the assistant was very personable. I was provided a blanket and I had the opportunity to watch the hallmark channel🤗.Two fillings in under a hour. This was the best dental visit I’ve experienced.
