Review: I have been satisfied with the care I receive from my doctor, who is attentive and professional. However, my experience with the billing department has been less positive. I've encountered issues with being charged for services that were not provided, and I’ve had difficulty reaching anyone to resolve these matters. While I value the medical care, I hope the practice can improve its billing process and communication with patients.

Review: I don’t know how this office has five stars - they must have paid the patients or given them free products for a positive review because the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. Upon arrival I was not greeted. Casey, Bonnie and the other front desk person was not pleasant. This office does not verify insurance prior to the appt which is senseless and would avoid patients being turned away. The staff was not friendly and took pride in telling me I could not be seen. DO NOT visit this office - you will be judged, stereotyped and treated poorly because of your skin tone. I have worked in the medical field and this is not how you treat anyone. I was spoken to in a condescending tone, yelled at and hung up on. It seems as if Dr. Claiborne and the other physicians and staff are aware of this behavior which seems to be acceptable - this facility should be embarrassed-WARNING VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Review: This establishment should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves. I showed up for appointment but issued the wrong insurance card I was turned away rudely assuming because I am black I couldn’t afford private insurance. I returned still to present my private insurance and was met with micro aggression as if I was bothering them. This office will continue to lose potential clients due to their staff. I can only hope that Bonnie and the rest of the office educates, themselves until then their jobs will be in jeopardy.

Review: My husband has had tinea versicolor in the past. He went to the Harahan office where his actual problem was dismissed as not important. Instead, they did a unrelated, useless test that we got billed for $190 (apparently no one in the office understands insurance). Despite wasting our time, I tried to get the Rx sent to the pharmacy, but the girl in back wanted us to schedule another waste of time and charge us for it and likely another useless test.Incompetent. Maybe if you're just there for botox or some cosmetic $$$$ it's worth the headache. I would want a doctor in any case.

Review: Very fast visit. Barely took time to fully diagnose my issue. Told my elderly mother that she was suffering from "dry skin" after she had just suffered a major rash that included sweeling, secretions and a hospital stay.
