Review: I recently had a consult for a procedure with Dr. Wilson and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by his phenomenal staff. Their welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is often rare in a dental setting.Dr. Wilson’s attention to detail and thorough explanations of the procedure were truly impressive. He took the time to ensure I understood every aspect of the process and the costs involved. I’m so confident in his abilities that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment next month to perform the procedure!

Review: I had to have gum graft surgery and the process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Wilson was very transparent with me from the beginning and he’s very funny which definitely helped ease my anxiety. I followed his post surgery instructions precisely which helped tremendously with my results. I am very pleased with the outcome, but don’t take my word for it, I’ve included photos to let his work speak for itself! (1st photo is before, the others are after) (*P.S. Review: Dr Wilson may look suspiciously young, but he’s a really good doctor. His office is staffed by lovely, knowledgeable, and immensely capable women. My dentist referred me to him as “the best” and I’m sure she’s right. I’m very happy with my improved periodontal health. Sometimes you really just have to go to Metairie.

Review: I was referred to Dr. Wilson but at this point have yet to be seen. My appointment was set weeks ago and everyone seemed quite pleasant until today. A few hours before my appointment, which I was already fitting into a very busy day, I got a call asking me questions about my appointment. I was asked to reach out to my dentist’s office to have them send over X-rays, what X-rays had been done, and what my referral was even for! Upon making my appointment the woman told me that she had the referral in front of her, now suddenly they don’t know why I am even coming and they expect me to know the specifics of X-rays I had over a month ago, as a patient?!I then asked why this was something the office couldn’t reach out for, and why it had not been done already and was met with a very condescending response. Based on previous reviews the doctors seem quite capable, but I have no faith in the office staff here and will be requesting a different referral. I am mostly glad that the woman never reached out to secure a deposit for the appointment, another failure on the office staff’s part.
