Review: Dr. Ponder is AMAZING she has absolutely the best staff and customer service ever! My teeth always look and feel so clean, she’s always willing to help and when I cracked my tooth she was immediately available to assist. I appreciate the extra mile she takes to make her patients feel welcome and comfortable. 10 stars!

Review: Dr. Ponder is great! She's friendly, gentle, and professional. Her staff runs a tight ship. Routine cleanings always go smoothly. When my daughter broke her tooth, Dr. Ponder was immediately responsive and did a great job with the repair - you can't even tell which tooth was broken!

Review: Dr. Ponder has got to be one of the best dentist in the area. She came highly recommended by another amazing dentist, both of which clean their dental instruments properly. Their are some who do not clean their instruments properly in order to cut cost. I gave 4 stars though because the lady who flossed my teeth did such a terrible job. Dr. Ponder did an amazing job, and when this worker of hers showed up to floss and what not the worker said she was sorry she was late, let it slip she didn't want to come, and did all work by the book. Then Dr. Ponder left the room, and this worker's demeanor totally changed. She started flossing my teeth wrong, making my gums hurt, doing everything all rough, and taking shortcuts. Finally, i told the girl just to stop right there in the middle of what she was doing, paid the bill, and left. I don't remember the girls name, but she had dark brown hair and was over-weight.

Review: This dentist is horrible. I needed a crown put on my front tooth. When she went to determine the color she used her teeth charts. I told her then none of them would match, because my other front tooth is an implant and it was custom colored. She didn’t listen and had a crooked made. It didn’t match, and she was not happy that I was unhapppy. She went to her fathers office and I heard her say we have a problem with a crown not matching. He said we’ll fix it.They gave me the phone number for the lab to make an appt to come in for custom color.I had a bad feeling so I called the dentist office and asked who was paying for the new crown. The receptionist said she would ask Dr ponder. Then she called me back and said that Dr Ponder called the lab and they told her they would be charging her $800.00 and she would split that with me. Since I had told her before the first crown was made that it would not match.So I called the lab and spoke to the owner. He told me they would not be charging her anything. So she blatantly lied to me trying to get $400.00 more out of me for no reason. I called the office back and told them what the lab had told me.Dr ponder was in a very nasty mood the day she was putting the custom colored crown in. I’m sure because I had caught her in a lie and she felt guilty and here I was right in front of her.The finished crown is about 1/4” longer than my other front tooth. She would not do anything about it.I will NEVER go back to her office and recommend that NO ONE goes there either. They will just do what they want and overcharge you when they can.
