Review: Excellent practice. Kristin determined a plan immediately after hearing the details of my illness. She is a great listener & asks appropriate questions necessary for her to develop the plan. The nurse was a huge help in that process based on the questions she asked prior to my seeing Kristin. Both were very respectful & professional. Front office personnel very polite & explained paperwork, billing, etc in such a way as it was easily understood.I look forward to my next visit to this office since I feel comfortable& safe with the care I received today.

From the friendliest face and personality greeting you upon entry, to the staff in the back, and of course Dr. Creel himself… you’ll be impressed and thankful you chose their office. The new Central office is wonderful! Thankful our whole family sees Dr. Creel and staff yearly and whenever we have any issues or questions.

Review: I had the most amazing deep tissue massage recently at the Medical Spa. Felicia was my LMT and she started by really listening to the details of my trouble spots and my requests. Then she gave me the an absolutely wonderful deep tissue massage. It smarted a bit at times, but that is what I asked for, and she had places on my back and neck relaxed like they haven't been in years! But if a client does not want to go this deep, she will certainly adjust with a lighter touch. And Ms. Belinda was a delight to visit with at the front desk, professional and so helpful. I highly recommend Renaissance Medical Spa !
