Review: Really hard to get an appointment here. And when you do they cancel without notice. They said they "tried to call several times last week" but when I go back to check on my call log, there's nothing. So now instead of getting my child's soft enamel taken care of they said he had to get reevaluated so this is just pushing the process back further for him. The staff is nice and we like our dentist but I don't appreciate my appointment being cancled with out ever talking to me.

Review: My daughter used to enjoy going to the dentist but after her experience here she is terrified of having to go back. She needed her first filling and was nervous about the shots and drills. They tried to rush through the appointment and communicated poorly. I feel bad for trusting them with caring for my daughter. We’ll never go back & I do not recommend to anyone with children.

Review: Dr.cao was absolutely wonderful and did surgery for my 3 year old and the care and bedside manner was awesome I did not deal with the office staff as my husband took my daughter for the a office visit but I loved Dr. Cao she was so sweet and explained everything to us so well and so did she staff at children's

Review: I have been bringing my children to this office for years. The rude office staff have finally convinced me to find another dentist. I'm so disappointed. But I will not continue to be complicit in these people continuing to practice in a business for which they are so ill-suited.
