Review: They are the WORST when it comes to getting an appointment and they never answer the phone. They were supposed to call me back to reschedule an appointment that they turned us away for being 5 minutes late, and they never called. They couldn't fit my son in for a braces adjustment for 8 wks.Do not recommend if you do not have flexible availability or are willing to take your child out of school in the middle of the day.

Review: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This review is about the wait times. For a basic check up for a baby (1yo), we were there for 2 hours. From what I could gather, every other person seemed to be in there for the same amount of time. For specializing in families and children, it would be helpful to all not to have children waiting for so long.

Review: The visits are always inconvenient. Sitting there waiting with no communication from staff. It’s always 30 minutes to an hour wait before your child is called to the back. And it seems like everyone is booked at the same time. They need to do better with staff and scheduling. Hire more people. Give your front desk times to communicate with parents. It’s a headache

Review: I've been with Taylor Dental & Braces when they were Kool Smiles 😁 and I'll give them 5 stars ⭐!! Great friendly staff and ALWAYS reliable. One thing I wish is that they continue to see Adults. I have Dental anxiety and they've made me feel because me comfortable.
