Review: Zero stars. Very disappointed. Booked an appointment for a consultation. Received an excessive amount of reminder texts and emails, up to just minutes before the time of the appointment. When I arrived, the front desk had no clue about my scheduled appointment and looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I showed a photo of the person I was meeting (another text) and was told she was not there. They offered to show me around but not to complete my scheduled consultation. I thanked them and left. Total waste of my time. Or else their whole Black Friday promotion was a scam just to get you in the door and hope you would stay and sign up anyway.

Review: The Covery in Ascension has been life changing. I had surgery in 2020 for 2 ruptured discs in my neck from which I hadn’t recovered. Before I started my therapy in July 2022, I could barely turn my head side to side, could barely lift anything, and felt pain and numbness throughout my neck, back, and arms. Using PEMF, IR light therapy, and IV infusions has started reversing my nerve damage, increased my mobility and flexibility, and allowed me to function more like my old self. The owners and staff treat you like family and are always there to answer questions and make you feel at home. They customize therapy to meet your needs and go above and beyond to provide the highest quality of service. I can’t thank them enough!
